Bad Litterbox Habits

Q.: Our cat has been occasionally having her bowel movements a few feet from her litter box. This isn't every time, but every few days.
She is healthy and we have had nothing changed in our home.

A.: You may try to get her an extra litter box. Some cats like - for unknown reasons - to have one box for urine and another for feces.
Place the second box where she is having her bowel movements on the floor, if possible.
