Q.: One of my cat's ears is down, and she keeps shaking it like there is something in it , do you know what is the matter?

A.: I think you need to have a vet take a look at it.
This could be a number of problems, a small scratch annoying her, ear mites etc.
In any case it should be easy to deal with once the vet has found out what it is.
