Q.: My female usually gets her pill on Sundays and I have been told it is very important that the pill is administered on the same day of the week always. But now I have forgotten it this week - can I give her only one today (Wednesday), or must I give her extra so that she doesn’t have a heat - and what am I to do in the future? It is not an outdoor cat, so the "danger" is not so big in that respect.

A.: Give her one today and then let wednesday be "the day" from now on. She'll probably not go into heat already, since it's so few days, and even if it should happen, the heat will "die out" quickly.
