Q.: All of the sudden my cat smells just like her litter box, I think she may be rolling in it.
Is this a symptom of some illness?

A.: I think you should have your cat checked by a vet. A smell like that may be a sign of illness - for example a reduced kidney function, which is a common problem in elderly cats.
It may, however, be kept under control by a certain diet.
