Health Issues

Q.: My kitten is two months and when I got him, he was a stray. He had an upper respiratory infection, he had trouble breathing, running nose, and runny eyes.
He's been on antibiotics but is still a little sick, he's been loafing around and I feel he is losing weight. I am finding vomit but I am not sure who it's from since I also have a seven months cat.
He has had a leukemia test, and that came back negative.

A.: It is normal to be a little out of sorts a while after an infection like that. Nevertheless I'll recommend you to contact your vet again because it is possible the kitten needs to have his cure prolonged a bit, or maybe needs another kind of antibiotics, for example.
His digestive system is probably a bit irritated because of the antibiotics, which may account for the vomit. Try and feed him some yogurt or the like to restore his intestinal flora.
