Q.: Our cat has been missing for over a month and we're very worried how it will manage in the blizzards we're having at the moment.
Do cats normally come home after several months? Can cats survive severe cold?

But a domestic cat will usually seek up human residences in the hope to be fed (there hasn't been much to hunt in the weather we've had these days).
Therefore it is possible he has been taken in by someone, and if he has an ear tattoo, you will probably be contacted.
