Q.: My young cat Shuga can't meow because of a thing that happened when she was younger. Well to get to the point, do you think Shuga is upset because our other cat Wilson can meow? A.: No, actually I don't think it bothers her. Cats do not communicate that much with each other by sounds, but more by body language and facial expressions. The sound "meow" in particular is most frequently used when talking to humans, and I'm sure Shuga has found other ways to talk to you by now. |
