Q.: Is it bad if my female cat gets pregnant at 5 months? Will this harm her or her kittens?

A.:  If she is able to get pregnant, she is also physically ready for it. But she may be mentally immature and therefore need a lot more guidance as to what to do with the kittens than would an older female. If I were you I'd consult a vet and maybe discuss neutering. Now a days 5 months is not considered too young for neutering.
